I was able to call and make an appointment within 24 hours. I was told by another dealership that the recall repair would take anywhere from 24-48 hours. Services department was terrible. It took three hours to do oil change with appointment. The rear panel screw came off. I request for new screw but not getting done. I noticed it when I got home I called service department but they didn’t pickup the phone. I had to drove back at 4:30 pm and they told me all the mechanics went home. I was asking for the manager and finally I had one technician come out and help. The job was done within 5”. What is the joke! More
