Bought a $73k car from them 3 weeks ago. I was going down my street that has no potholes or debris at 18 mph and not only got a flat tire but it also ripped off the liner in the wheel well. I was going down my street that has no potholes or debris at 18 mph and not only got a flat tire but it also ripped off the liner in the wheel well. They charged me $1,000 to have this fixed. Its crazy that they charge such high prices for garbage quality. If you build a car that has tires that go flat for seemingly no reason at least engineer a liner that can withstand the flat at 18 mph. My expection was the services group would cover the cost of liner since this is clearly unacceptable on a 3 week old car but that was definitely not the case. Don't use their services and don't buy a Mercedes. More
