I went in for routine 5k maintenance and was there for 7. 5 hours. My service provider was great, but the technician wasn’t very knowledgeable and had difficulty explaining my issue. After 3 test drives, I ha 5 hours. My service provider was great, but the technician wasn’t very knowledgeable and had difficulty explaining my issue. After 3 test drives, I had to request the shop manager to get involved and he resolved the issue the first try. I love the dealership and everyone there, but 7.5 is an entire work day being at the dealership. I didn’t even get offered a gas card, gift card, or anything at all for spending my entire day there (I had to work and host meetings from the dealership). A simple gesture to offer something as a courtesy would’ve been nice. More
