Wonderful Car Buying Experience It is nice to find in today's electronic age someone in sales who is still a bit of a throw back to an age gone by, Someone who can remember why peopl It is nice to find in today's electronic age someone in sales who is still a bit of a throw back to an age gone by, Someone who can remember why people get excited about visiting a car dealerships for their new ride. And why people really gravitate to and appreciate a personalized approach to the basic fundamentals of car buying. Greg is an individual who in my opinion personifies that warm personal touch. He was open, enthusiastic and very knowledgeable about the BMW cars you had in stock, both new and Certified Pre-Owned. I ask a lot of questions, and Greg provided me the answers I needed to make a decision. He also brought in backup with his manager Ed Kiley to answer important questions I had on leasing alternatives. Like Greg, Ed was very personable as well and took the time right on the spot to go into a deep dive explaining in detail the nuances of BMW lease plans including residual values, mileage up-charges, etc. He immediately gave me all the financial answers I needed to make an informed decision on whether to buy or lease my next car. I then put Greg through a number of Test Drives, with same exact model but different in color combos, as I had to see how each car responded since I decided to go with a BMW Certified Pre-Owned car. Greg went through all the test drives with sincere enthusiasm and was constantly showing all the new electronic options with ease. He even went beyond the call of duty by demoing sending music files from his cell phone to the car stereo to play and by linking his cell phone with the Blue Tooth option in a matter of seconds. Very impressive! Greg really knows his stuff! When it came time to finance the car we had chosen, Greg introduced us to Ms. Noha Amin, the Business Mgr., Noha went through the contract in detail and outlined all our options. And as a result, we decided to go with an extended 5 year Service Contract as well, which she conveniently rolled into our finance package. All I can say is that this is our third BMW from this same Flemington BMW dealership, and the thing that keeps bringing us back is the high standard of professionalism and service we receive from everyone concerned. I would recommend to check out Greg, Ed, Noha and everyone at this dealership if you're considering the purchase of a BMW. Peace. More

When I had to make a service appointment for a low tire pressure light one week after I bought the vehicle, Dan took extra time to proactively meet me in the service department to oversee the issue and make sure that I was comfortable. He took the time to go over the all of my options in purchasing my 2019 X3, including any promotions that would give me the best deal. He kept me updated with detailed emails & phone calls on the status of my order and promptly answered my numerous questions. All the paperwork and delivery went smoothly on the day I picked up the vehicle, he even came in on his vacation day to make the delivery.
