Did a test drive with Dan, liked the car, agreed with the numbers I worked out with Amin. I told Dan that I would like for this to happen as fast as possible, as I generally dislike the car dealership experience. Dan listened and delivered, the day I was going to pickup the car he contacted my insurance for me, that was all set before I got there. Immediately upon arriving, I went into the business office, signed everything with absolutely zero nonsense, complete transparency and expediency with Noha. Then I linked up with Dan who seamlessly took my trade in, and handed off my new car. Entire process took about 30 minutes. Absolutely outstanding dealership/people, the way I always wished buying a card would work. More

Low key, no pressure sales approach. My initial inquiry was via their online contact email system and Cindy Amin responded very quickly. She then followed up with a phone call and we set up a time to meet. Upon arriving at the dealership Vince Dillon the Sales Manager greeted my wife and I at the door. He then walked us over to meet Cindy who then handed us off to Bryan Clark a Sales Client advisor. Bryan took us for a test drive of the X5 I had inquired about, upon returning to the dealership presented their offer which was better than I had expected and after very little negotiation on our trade in we closed the deal. Then dealt with Noha Amin in their finance department to complete all the paperwork we drove home in a new X5. Sounds like a lot of people involved time, but it was all seamless and pleasant. More

Excellent! JR was a blast. I put a deposit down on a CPO that hadn’t gone through the CPO inspection yet. The car had major curb rash and dings on other parts of JR was a blast.
