That said, the service I received at Flemington BMW was impeccable. Not only did every member of their staff I had encountered execute my entire buying process efficiently, it is also clear that their concern for the safety and health of everyone involved is also paramount, as they have taken every precaution using the mandated safety procedures (social distancing, masks) even down to the test drive, yet with great sensitivity to their customers’ dignity as well. I had walked into this dealership with the usual buyer’s anxiety, with a million questions and concerns running through my head. Turns out, I had absolutely nothing to be worried about. My client advisor, Anatoliy Yanovskiy, was extremely knowledgeable, professional and patient, from the well planned and fun test drive to answering all questions about the vehicle’s features, through the negotiation process to finally sealing the deal, all of which he handled with intelligence, class and respect for me as a buyer.
