I had brought my car in for a brake job, and was surprised to learn my service contract had expired a few months ago. I was upset, because I wasn’t clear about the language in the contract. I was contacted by the finance manager Noha, who worked out an agreeable solution , and also extended my service plan at a fair price. I appreciate her taking the initiative and contacting me to help resolve my issue. More
