We always receive excellent service from all of the employees, but this past purchase was the best ever. Noha was our sales person and she made the entire process painless, smooth and extraordinary. Noha knows her BMW's! We were able to get immediate answers to every question about the various cars we test drove, and every financial question we asked. She did not pressure us at any point during the sales process and allowed us to take our time and test drive cars again and again. We will return for the next car! More

Excellent Customer Service As we all know car buying experience is an energy draining and sometime confusing, having said that when we arrived at the dealership after one and a As we all know car buying experience is an energy draining and sometime confusing, having said that when we arrived at the dealership after one and a half hour drive, we were introduced to Noah Amin as our client advisor instead of the client advisor we were interacting with. This turned out to be a turning point in making a decision to buy a car. Noah made the whole process of buying a car fun for us. She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in determining our requirements and finding the car that fit our specifications. We felt quite comfortable in speaking our thoughts to her during the negotiation process and Noah made all that experience very light for us, which was a true hallmark of excellent customer service. She spent good amount of time in explaining the operation and setting the features of car to our desire. She worked diligently to make us feel satisfied in order to satisfy herself. We went to the dealership to check the cars and end up buying one and we owe this Noah. More

Cares about what the customer wants My family purchased a certified car from Flemington BMW in the summer. Of all the dealers we dealt with during our shopping period, Noha was the only My family purchased a certified car from Flemington BMW in the summer. Of all the dealers we dealt with during our shopping period, Noha was the only one who provided customer-oriented service. To elaborate, she did not try and sell us a car which the dealership needed to get rid of or products which we did not find necessary. She suggested add-ons and provided pros and cons along with details for them so we could make an informed decision about purchasing them. The registration and title process was also very smooth. Noha explained the details of every form being filled and signed. During the test drive, Noha took us on a loop which included bumps and some rough patches so we could see how well the car performed. She had confidence in the quality of the car we were interested in and wanted to demonstrate that to us instead of simply talking about it. While other dealers might take customers out on a smooth loop and talk about how a car is good by focusing on gimmicks like in-car WiFi, Noha focused on what the everyday driving experience would be like and held off on the creature-comfort technology until the right time (more on this later). We had to deal with one of the finance guys since Noha was responsible for everything except this portion of the transaction. This was the only bad experience we had. Noha had to explain some things to us so we could better understand what was going on. Noha proceeded to apologize to us and felt guilty that our experience was negatively impacted. However, our experience with Noha before, during, and after coming to the dealership was great and this incident did not have an impact on our opinion of her service. Once the legal and financial portion was taken care of, Noha took us outside and gave a tour of the features of the car and how to operate each one. This was when she detailed all the technology like the iDrive system which was left out during the test drive mentioned above. Right as we were about to leave, we thanked her for her outstanding service and I felt it appropriate to give her a hug. We had not interacted with a dealer until then who knew her stuff thoroughly and took an interest in her customers' needs. And all of this was done with a genuinely friendly attitude. The last point has to do with the dealership's service department. We were supposed to get a map update and a set of mats some time after we made the purchase. The car had to be brought in for both these things. So, a few weeks after the purchase, someone from the service department brought a loaner car to our house and left with ours. He brought his wife along for some reason, but that can be overlooked. We were not provided with a definitive timeline of when the car would be ready. Once we found out the car would stay at the dealership for a few days, we asked for it to be returned because we did not want it to be gone for so long. The dealership is about 1.5 hours away from our home. The person returning the car took over 3 hours to get the car back to us, causing us to question what went on in that time. We got the mats and maps situation taken care of in the past couple of months. The maps work as they should and are the correct version. However, we only received mats for the front and did not receive a car wash after the mats were installed, something we were told is included with every service. More

Love the convertible 435XI. Flemington BWM is the first and last BMW Dealership I went to last Friday. Ms, Noha Amin, in BMW Internet Sales, with her knowledge of the vehicle, e Flemington BWM is the first and last BMW Dealership I went to last Friday. Ms, Noha Amin, in BMW Internet Sales, with her knowledge of the vehicle, explained the financing in detail and gave me a great deal, that actually sealed the deal! This is the first vehicle I purchased on my own, as I recently graduated from law school and never thought at the age of 26, I would purchase a 435xi BMW convertible. Everyone at the dealership is very friendly and helpful. The vehicle is beautiful, runs great and once you own at BMW you are hooked!!!!! More

It is very spacious with lot of features. One feels like a 'King on the Road' while driving a Bimmer X5. I love Bill Hintony & my experience at Flemington BMW I've dealt with this dealership and Bill Hinton since 2008. I love their staff, my salesman (Bill Hinton), and have absolutely no complaints. Just as a note, I received a lower quote on a 2015 model BMW from another dealer, but came back to Flemington because I so wanted to deal with them. As it turned out, they met the offer I received from the other dealer. Bill Hinton, my salesman, spent " hours" helping me to adjust to the features offered by my new 2015 750 LI BMW, including downloading my favorite CD's. He also shuttled me to and from the office and made sure I was connected with my Blue Tooth and my garage door opener. He could have been helping other customer and making other sales, but he made me feel like family. I never felt like I was just a number or a commission - that is extraordinary in this profession. That is why I go Bill the minute I walk in the door. More
