We have been clients with 3 Cadillac Escalades for many years. Very dissapointed with the current policies. 3 days to even look at the vehicle. No loaner cars available, no rent a cars available and no years. Very dissapointed with the current policies. 3 days to even look at the vehicle. No loaner cars available, no rent a cars available and no appointments accepted. We never experienced such bad policies at a car dealership after being a client for over 20 years with 3 Cadillac Escalades. As a matter of fact we only purchase Cadillacs because of great service we were experiencing in the past years. With the current polices we will rethink our purchase of a Cadillac. Multiple computer recall or software updates notices on the new Escalades. Very disapointing. More
