And no surprise they have no loaners so I couldn’t just leave my vehicle there for days on end which is what the probably wanted. Ended up having to take my lunch from work, take a xxxx Uber to dealership just to pick up my vehicle that wasn’t even fixed because of course they close by the time I get off work. It’s just a joke over there. Understaffed, unprofessional and it bleeds into the customers. I’ll think twice before purchasing a vehicle at a place that cannot have a productive, functioning service dept that actually serves its customers and follows through with their promises times.
