Took longer than I would like but that was solely because my warranty company dropped the ball. I was given the run around by Noah for a whole week after he promised to correct an error the business created. I spoke to him on a Monday, he told me to come in on a Thursday, when I got there I was told he he promised to correct an error the business created. I spoke to him on a Monday, he told me to come in on a Thursday, when I got there I was told he wasn’t working. No one at the location was willing to help me “because they were too busy”. I was told to come back two days later on Saturday and I would be helped right away by Noah. I came back in Saturday, again Noah wasn’t working. The best part about coming in a second time was I was told the gentleman who assured me I’d be helped, did not even create a record of me being there that Thursday. I was told again they were too busy to help me and told me to come back another time. While I was waiting to speak with the manager Latrenda Pinkard asked if I needed help. After explaining everything she made sure I was helped and after to leave with my car in less than an hour. She was an angel. More

Service Department did perform their duties on my vehicle, however, Service Advisor Noah did not live up to his promises which consisted of the Service department taking care of my lower valance on m vehicle, however, Service Advisor Noah did not live up to his promises which consisted of the Service department taking care of my lower valance on my front bumper at NO COST to me as long as I agreed to do the survey. I agreed to the survey & would've given a great survey had his promises been met. Thus is why I will NEVER buy a vehicle from this particular dealership. I'm in the auto industry as well & I ALWAYS live up to my promises to my customers. More
