I was glad to see that Joe Bitar and Ryan Todd got promoted since the last time I had service. Both men can be counted on to see that everything I bring up to them in servicing my Rogue Sport is take promoted since the last time I had service. Both men can be counted on to see that everything I bring up to them in servicing my Rogue Sport is taken care the first time. They are both very thorough in handling any service adjustment needed to keep my car in good' working order. More

I really like this dealership, It is clean and the staff are courteous and friendly. However, I feel that they do charge quite a bit over the average for the cost of some repairs. I was not able to have the are courteous and friendly. However, I feel that they do charge quite a bit over the average for the cost of some repairs. I was not able to have them perform the suggested repairs done at this time, as it did not affect the "driveability" of the car. More

The service center here is outstanding. Worked several times with Tim Shannon, a Service Advisor, who went an extra 5 miles to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. Always the best service given here. Nikki Glennon and Ryan always make me feel like a very important customer. Always greeted with a smile and happy & cheerful attitude. The reason that brought us to the dealership, was to have our 2014 Juke repaired. The cost was way more than it's value! Having it paid off was a good thing, but not having an overnight issue was more than b our 2014 Juke repaired. The cost was way more than it's value! Having it paid off was a good thing, but not having an overnight issue was more than bothersome. Branden was our first contact, from the sales team. He made my daughter very comfortable as a first time new car buyer, despite the experience of her enjoying a car that she owned that suddenly became her heart-ache. This is our fifth Nissan, and her second, but her first new one! Initially we came in looking at a 2021 Kicks. It had everything she wanted, but driving the 2024 first, helped her see what she could enjoy for a little more per month, within her budget. Thanks, Nissan of Clearwater and certainly thanks to Branden, as well as the Finance team who aggressively worked towards a reasonable monthly payment for a twenty-something, a new mom, and a daughter who is learning much about how to live on her terms! Not to forget about a proud dad who believes that a 2024 Kicks, with 16 miles on it, would be less stress on his daughter, as well as her parents. She has a dependable, fun, and safe car for her and family. Of course, we'll drop in for service on both Nissans, from time-to-time! And, maybe for another new one at some point! More
