I have to give a special shoutout to Nikee, my sales rep—she is THE BEST! There’s never any pressure to buy with her. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and always willing to answer my endless questions. I’m extremely particular, and Nikee totally gets me. Her patience and understanding are truly commendable. She’s thorough, professional, and never once made me feel like I was being pushed into a decision. Nikee is very hands-on and stays involved throughout the entire process—from helping me weigh my options to going back and forth with me through many (many!) changes of mind. If you’re looking for someone to just "sell" you a car, Nikee might not be for you. But if you want someone who genuinely cares about your satisfaction and wants to make sure you’re getting exactly what’s right for you, she’s the one. She’s so much more than a salesperson—she’s a trusted guide in the process. If I could suggest one small improvement to the overall dealership experience, it would be the addition of refreshments—some pastries, light snacks, or beverages would be a nice touch. But other than that, this location is a solid 10/10! More

The ENTIRE staff made my experience smooth, and valued. The nightmare I had with another dealership in New York City was now a thing of my past AFTER contacting BMW of Freeport. Our experience with Freeport BMW started 3 1/2 years ago. We leased a vehicle for our daughter and it was a fantastic experience. His experience with the technology of the vehicle was superb, for my daughter it was a no brainer but for her parents he helped us set up and confirm we were technologically connected to the car.
