The next day I took my car back to dealer Tanner was the one helping me. Tanner was so kind and professional His dedication to provide me with a loaner car was a tremendous help. He reassured that they would triage the problem so I shouldn’t get stressed out about it His was very helpful. My 22 Subaru Outback had a difficult problem to diagnose and a lengthy repair time due to the parts required. Throughout this period Nicole Pefine, my Service Rep kept me informed of the details of the repa and a lengthy repair time due to the parts required. Throughout this period Nicole Pefine, my Service Rep kept me informed of the details of the repair. She provided me a comparable loaner vehicle which I appreciate. When the repairs were complete, I was unable to drive to the dealer due to surgery. Nicole brought my car to my house and swapped for the rental. This was exceptional service and today the car is running fine. I was impressed about the way Subaru stood behind the product. I would gladly recommend Albrecht Subaru to anyone. More
