Tucson Subaru was great, before we signed the contract. Less than 48 hours later had an issue with the car, we were stranded out of town, and when we reached out to Tucson Subaru, the service rep Nico, sai Less than 48 hours later had an issue with the car, we were stranded out of town, and when we reached out to Tucson Subaru, the service rep Nico, said & I quote “you can’t prove it was our issue, you figure it out” and then hung up. I spoke with Sylvia Kounts, who again was friendly as can be until we needed help, and when we were directed to Service manager Scott Greg, he instructed his service rep Nico, to tell us he was too busy to deal with our problem. I would not recommend this dealership. More

Love the service crew, esp. Gavin and Nico. Debbie Bravo was great and I love my car. She went out of her way to find me something that would be good for me. Kevin Gribble in Fi Gavin and Nico. Salesman Kevin McDougall did a super job of showing me used cars and helping me pick out the right one for me, which I bought on the spot.
