We purchased our first Honda from him almost 4 years ago which was a CRV, still have it and still love it. He was such a great man to work with then, so we decided to see him again when we were looking for a 2014 Honda Ridgeline. We let Nick know what we wanted, he took care of us and got the exact vehicle we were looking for and kept in touch with us through the entire process. He also made the process of the purchase, paperwork etc. painless and easy. He is the BEST!! and I will personally recommend him to all of my family and friends that are looking for vehicles. Unfortunately, due to my own negligence, I am writing this review now instead of Nick Theodor is a class act and top-notch employee for Valley Honda. Unfortunately, due to my own negligence, I am writing this review now instead of back in December/January when I purchased the vehicle. I will try to recall all details of my encounter with Nick to the best of my availability. First, I traded in my 2011 Silverado. Nick worked with his associates to give me a great trade-in value for my truck. I felt appreciated and he gave me a very good deal on the vehicle. He was straight forward and honest about the perceived value of my truck and only pursued further contact to make sure we were on the same page after I left the dealership with a quote. Next, Nick was friendly and congenial throughout the entirety of the transaction. The process took longer than I anticipated, but Nick was thorough, knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted to purchase and extremely patient throughout the entirety of the process. He articulated information efficiently and precisely while simultaneously allowing me to ask as many questions as I needed to feel satisfied about the process. Finally, Nick made sure we spent enough adequate time with the vehicle before we left with it in order to familiarize ourselves with its functionality and maneuvering. Overall, Nick was a pleasure to work with and Valley Honda’s quality increases with his presence! More
