Third time's a charm It's just under a year since I first bought a brand new Civic from Nick (and reviewed him then) and then about a month later I got a second one for my It's just under a year since I first bought a brand new Civic from Nick (and reviewed him then) and then about a month later I got a second one for my daughter as a surprise for her when I brought her to the dealership. Last week, I sought Nick out as the guy I wanted to deal with when I traded the 2015 Civic for a 2016 model and the experience was outstanding. Nick Theodor really puts his effort into making sure you drive away feeling nothing less than delighted and it often comes down the the little things like helping with the transfer of "stuff" from the old vehicle to the new etc. I drove off with my wife in our brand new and amazing value-for-money 2016 Civic Touring. We had a slight niggle with the second key not working but in less than four days that was taken care of along with the addition of the accessories. Needless to say I'm looking forward to the next transaction! More

I walked in not knowing if I was going to buy a car that day or not as th From the moment I walked in the door to the time I left I was taken care of. I walked in not knowing if I was going to buy a car that day or not as this was after test driving 5 other vehicles at other dealerships the night before. I was greeted by friendly staff at the door and taken care of by a great salesman. Nick Theodor listened to what I wanted in a car and brought me out for a test drive. We only got a short distance down the road and I knew it was the exact car I was looking for. I drove out of the dealership in a brand new car and I just went back (3 weeks later) to thank Nick for taking such good care of me. I would recommend this dealership and Nick to anyone looking for a car. More
