Didn’t have battery that they said was in stock. When I called the day before. I asked multiple times if they were sure they had battery in stock, and was assured they did. I had to wait 3 hrs to find this out. I suggested taking a battery from another car on the lot and later replacing and was told’ “ for YOUR convenience!! ( very rude). It Was not convenient, I had been there 4 hrs and was told a battery was available in Miami, but couldn’t be picked up- unless I got it. I would have gone there in the first place if someone had checked stock before telling me the battery was available. When I finally asked to speak to a manager- it all of a sudden became possible to take a battery from another car. More
