My partner and I had a fantastic experience working with Nick at Wilsonville Toyota. I didn’t get a ton of experience with the dealership itself because Nick helped me out mostly over the phone until I came Nick at Wilsonville Toyota. I didn’t get a ton of experience with the dealership itself because Nick helped me out mostly over the phone until I came to pickup so we only spent about 20 minutes at the dealership to sign papers. He was super responsive, communicative, friendly, and funny. He and his team were very accommodating in working with my preferred lender. He prepared everything we needed ahead of time to ensure that when we came to pickup all we had to do was sign a few things. After signing he took the time to sit in the car with us, help me download the app, and walk us through all of the features in the dash and was very thorough with a few great jokes thrown in there. I haven’t purchased many new cars in my life so I don’t know what the sales experience should be like, but he treated us like human beings, while being very friendly, accommodating, and making it a stress-free experience. Wilsonville Toyota has been the only Toyota dealership I use because of its location and selection of vehicles.
