However, they would tell you whether they have the model with the requested color combination or not. They were also quick with answering further inquiries. I was lucky to have the very knowledgeable Leesley Sandoval as my sale representative. Her online manager Katy and floor manager Nick are tough sale persons, but you better deal with straight forward salesperson, rather than those practicing bait and switch tactic. More

Excellent car buying experience and post-purchase service My wife and I located a used Infiniti G37xs coupe at Valley Honda. Within minutes of requesting information on the vehicle, Tyler had the car cleaned My wife and I located a used Infiniti G37xs coupe at Valley Honda. Within minutes of requesting information on the vehicle, Tyler had the car cleaned up and sent pictures to me. Since we live in North Carolina, we hired a car pro to do a mechanical inspection and test drive. Tyler was great in assisting with all of this. The entire deal was done before we flew to Chicago to pick up the car and was quite simple compared to my other car buying experiences. After taking delivery, my brakes were not working perfectly and my local dealer recommended replacing the rear rotors. Tyler worked with his dealership to get this service reimbursed since driving back to Chicago was not practical. Overall, the experience was a 10/10 and well worth the trip from North Carolina to Chicago. Thanks! More

After stopping in late on a Thursday night, I thought about what I wanted and he was very proactive in finding exactly what I requested for the price I was comfortable with. Valley offered not only the best price but personal service! Although there is a Honda closer to our home, we chose to drive a little further to work with someone who took the time to make us feel comfortable. I always felt rushed and pressured at other dealerships but not here. My husband and I were blown away that Jonathan treated the entire experience so patiently and thoroughly.. From providing numbers and figures openly and honestly, to helping me program in the first phone number on speed dial via the Bluetooth..every detail was covered. They do everything right Once you select your vehicle you can drive out in your new vehicle in under an hour with an excellent price. This includes the finance office! You Once you select your vehicle you can drive out in your new vehicle in under an hour with an excellent price. This includes the finance office! You can spend your time on what really matters; finding the right vehicle that fits your needs. The sales and management staff are superb with providing suggests and options all in a no pressure atmosphere. Differences with this dealership and others; the sales floor is not as large or flashy- no gimmicks- After all, your focus is the vehicle not whether they have marble floors. The staff are all dressed professionally and are not in any way pushy. All have very good product knowledge. If you ask a question you will be given a direct answer. No games. Absolutely no pressure to make a selection. We are picky and spend a considerable amount of time selecting the right vehicle. The service department hours are extremely convenient. You will have no problem getting in at a convenient time. The waiting area in the service department is awesome; numerous apple computers, soft chairs, large TV, clean restrooms, wide selection of beverages, etc. Given Honda reliability you wont likely need repairs but will require maintenance. The great thing is that their service pricing is extremely competitive. The awesome waiting area makes it a no brainier. More
