By the grace of God, and thanks to the dedication of Brendan and Joe, they were not only able to help us get a vehicle for my wife — they worked out a deal that allowed us to leave with two vehicles! I’ve never been to a dealership where the staff was so genuinely kind, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile. They truly worked hard for us, and my wife and I are beyond grateful. The greatest experience I've had at a dealership. Before going to Kia of North Austin, I had a not so great experience somewhere else. I shared my previous worries with Christopher and he assured me Before going to Kia of North Austin, I had a not so great experience somewhere else. I shared my previous worries with Christopher and he assured me that he would take care of me. He was incredibly patience and respectful as I was making decisions. The entire time I was at the dealership, I never felt uncomfortable or pressured to test drive or buy a vehicle that I wasn't interested in. Joe was also AMAZING.
