Beyond disappointed with our experience at this dealership. Bought a brand new K4 in Nov. Paid extra for a warranty that we were told included windshield protection (among other things). The front window makes a popping noise every time you drive it. Has since day 1. Called and was told this was a "quirk" with the model and assured it would be fine. Two weeks ago the window started a stress crack after making the noise 3 times in a row. Called them and the told me it would be covered under our warranty (lady said she looked it up in their system) and we should contact the warranty provider. Well, back and forth 4 times between dealershipt and warranty with dealership people looking it up and telling it us was covered and warranty maintaining it wasn't. Ended up having to pay out of pocket for what seems to be a factory flaw. Worse yet, when trying to get a call back and answers as to why we were lied to and why everyone there told us it was covered, it isn't and their answer is "Well, there's a reason that finance guy doesn't work here anymore" (whatever that means). Now, my window also looks ridiculous because it isn't tinted like the others and I'll be damned if I pay out of pocket for that as well. Called again today and can't get anyone. The girl at the front desk said they were "taking new measures" to ensure people got calls back, but still haven't gotten one. Stay far away from this dealership. We will be filing with the Attorney General, TxDMV, Office of Consumer Credit, AutoCAP, and Federal Trade Commission. More

I purchased a Kia Telluride on 5-1-2025. The experience was terrific. I had been looking for a long time and this Kia dealership was not as aggressive as other dealers. Adam was very, ver The experience was terrific. I had been looking for a long time and this Kia dealership was not as aggressive as other dealers. Adam was very, very patient and took a lot of time with my sister and I to explain all the features, answer our questions and test drive. Everyone we met at the dealership were very, very friendly. Especially the reception staff. Once the decision to purchase was made - it did not take long (an hour) to complete the process. Nick in Finance was very good at going through the paperwork and additional features. It has been 90 days almost and I am very satisfied. The car performs well. I have had to stop by the dealership a couple of times since (to get license plates and a part - and each time - staff are superb. Reception, Parts all go out of their way to make sure I am being helped More

When my wife and I arrived at Kia North Austin, we were warmly greeted by a sales associate named Brendan. We explained to him that we were looking for a vehicle for my wife. As we began the process, we ne warmly greeted by a sales associate named Brendan. We explained to him that we were looking for a vehicle for my wife. As we began the process, we never imagined what was about to happen. By the grace of God, and thanks to the dedication of Brendan and Joe, they were not only able to help us get a vehicle for my wife — they worked out a deal that allowed us to leave with two vehicles! I’ve never been to a dealership where the staff was so genuinely kind, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile. They truly worked hard for us, and my wife and I are beyond grateful. Thank you all so much for your hard work and for making this such a positive and memorable experience. We drove away with two vehicles and full hearts. 5 stars from us! We highly recommend Kia North Austin to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle. More

The greatest experience I've had at a dealership. Before going to Kia of North Austin, I had a not so great experience somewhere else. I shared my previous worries with Christopher and he assured me Before going to Kia of North Austin, I had a not so great experience somewhere else. I shared my previous worries with Christopher and he assured me that he would take care of me. He was incredibly patience and respectful as I was making decisions. The entire time I was at the dealership, I never felt uncomfortable or pressured to test drive or buy a vehicle that I wasn't interested in. Joe was also AMAZING. I am so appreciative of the kindness and support I received from these two. Definitely recommend coming here! Kia of North Austin has earned a forever customer. :) More
