We were looking for a specific model/color of Palisade and they had one in transit. We live 6hrs away, but it was the closest one that I could find. The car came in about a week earlier than expected and I had asked that everything be ready when we arrived as we were heading back home the same day. Austin had everything set and ready to go and it was a pretty quick and easy process. The only other person we really dealt with was Nick, the finance guy, and he as well was a no pressure individual doing his best to make it quick and easy. In fact, I have never seen a finance person not push, push, push addons, but Nick did not even try, my wife was the one that stopped the process and asked questions. Overall, we could not be happier with our experience. More

I don’t know how people such as Dshon, sleep at night. In a nutshell, sticker price was $66,525 plus tax and license $70,250… which I was willing to pay ONLY because I liked the salesman, Nick Lafoon. Well after a grueling 6 hours and putting down a $10,000 cash deposit, my loan amount was/is $71,484…Dshon added all the bull**** that I specifically said I was not willing to pay for. I’m not even going to disclose the horrible interest rate I ended up with. He is shady and ‘‘tis why the documents that I received on a jump drive, most of which, don’t have my signature. Yes, I admit, my fault and yes, it’s been almost 2 years now, my credit score has gone up over 100 pts and I still can’t get this loan refinanced, which I was also assured I would be able to. The only thing that keeps me sane, is my faith and belief that what goes around will eventually, come around. 2 weeks later, my brother purchased a GV80 and 7 months later, he was killed in it on the 101 in Scottsdale. More
