For 10+ years I have always changed my oil and done anything minor I can to avoid going to a dealership. Each time I have gone to a dealership, something other than what is expect happens. This time, I anything minor I can to avoid going to a dealership. Each time I have gone to a dealership, something other than what is expect happens. This time, I had a free oil change and tire rotation from purchasing a new vehicle. My wife encouraged me to take advantage of it. While there, the mechanic broke my front mud flaps because of the lift. This is going to waste my time to come back just to have this fix, rather than change it at home my self. After I got in my truck, according to my dash, the tire pressure from each tire never changed. So I have no proof, but I do not believe my tires were rotated. How can they be rotated, and at the exact same amount. Nothing personal on anyone at the dealership, I just choose not to work with dealerships for this reason. It’s more of a hassle than worth it. Nick informed me of an issue with my turn signal on a previous visit explaining it was a common problem and covered under warranty. He arranged a ride for me with the shuttle driver both ways.
