This was my first servicing as this location and I’ll never be back. When I arrived and got out of my truck, it felt like all of the service advisors were talking about me before I walked up-super awkwar never be back. When I arrived and got out of my truck, it felt like all of the service advisors were talking about me before I walked up-super awkward. There were also mask signs up asking customers to wear them, but two of the service advisors sitting there were not. Really confusing why that’s a customer requirement then. Sat around for 1.5 hours for an oil change and then got told there needed to be repairs made to my truck. The service advisor stapled the estimates of these repairs and then sent me to the cashiers desk. I then asked the cashier how I was to schedule an appointment to get this lengthy list of items taken care of and she said she didn’t know. How is that possible?! I was then told I could call in to make another appointment to get it taken care of when the service advisor came back with my keys. They never provided any detail of the severity of my issues-which made me nervous about driving my truck. I was then pushed out the doors as it was close to closing time. I haven’t had this terrible of an experience before at a dealer. As I now have issues and didn’t plan to come back, I called another local dealer and found out this dealer was planning on charging me $500 more to do the same exact work and they also told me the information about the recall I was provided at this location was incorrect. I brought my new vehicle in for a chip repair on my windshield. The service team was awesome. They set me up with a loaner, and when there was a delay in the repair (no fault of theirs) they let me kee windshield. The service team was awesome. They set me up with a loaner, and when there was a delay in the repair (no fault of theirs) they let me keep the loaner for those extra days. The cost of the repair was much less than I expected. Overall, I had a great first time experience with the service department. More

I am only the 2nd owner of a 2005 vehicle. I brought it in for an oil change. I had no idea until I picked it up that they would use regular oil. I have always used a synthetic blend. Very disappointed tha in for an oil change. I had no idea until I picked it up that they would use regular oil. I have always used a synthetic blend. Very disappointed that they did not ask. Also I asked them to inform me what they might notice about an oil leak but when I came to pick up at scheduled time no one was prepared to answer my question. They just quickly brought me to counter to pay. Only information offered was that my tires needed attention. The tires are only 2 1/2 yrs old with less than 21,000 miles on them. More
