I went to this dealership only for 2 recalls of my car. After waiting longer time than expected for the service to complete, at the end I was informed that they also did oil & filter change (oil life was 2 After waiting longer time than expected for the service to complete, at the end I was informed that they also did oil & filter change (oil life was 20% so no alert yet from maintenance minder) I understand the cost was covered by Honda maintenance pass but the service advisor should have confirmed with customer before commencing these additional services that customer didn’t ask. More
