Something positive and good in 2020 I was looking for a midsize pickup truck in 4x4. Because of my Family Legacy discount, I was looking at GMC or Chevrolet. I explained what I was looking for and he found inventory that met my needs. He walked me through the process of getting my activation code and set up an appointment to pick up the vehicle. When we arrived at the dealership we were greeted by friendly staff, from the receptionist to passing sales staff. We were introduced to our sales team member, Charles Collier. We were early so Charles took us back to see our vehicle being detailed. The entire process from insurance,connectivity,finance and delivery was very well orchestrated. We have been searching for the right truck for so My wife and I have been searching for several months and visited your dealership on Friday 3/6/2020. We have been searching for the right truck for some time and had visited countless websites. I was a bit disappointed with different trucks and makes and Thursday night decided to look at your website and within a few minutes found several different Silverados that I was interested in, I sent a text and set up a meeting the next day at the dealership to look at your trucks. I have to admit that I was apprehensive about going through the whole car buying thing again ( bad past experiences ), so Brenda and I loaded up and took a drive into Jacksonville. We met Christian when we arrived and he very pleasant and articulate, we explained that we were there to look at a Silverado, he grabbed a golf cart and off we went. He showed us the entire facility from the two service departments to the vehicle prep. areas, I was very impressed with the entire dealership from the inside out. We were well taken care of by Christian and his knowledge and professionalism made us feel comfortable and at complete ease. He is a fine young man and we are glad we met him but more than that made the decision to purchase a 2020 Silverado Trail Boss from you guys. It has been an awesome experience.
