Nick is my Service Advisor who always takes the time to listen to my concerns I'm experiencing with my car. Nick's attentiveness and his ability to provide me with guidance/solutions to help me resolve th listen to my concerns I'm experiencing with my car. Nick went one step further, he asked Brian, the technician, to join our conversation so he could hear my concerns. Brian asked additional questions and went with me to test drive my car so he could experience the issue first hand. In this day and age when good customer service is non-existent, I'm truly grateful for the outstanding service level experience that I received.
