Overall, great experience! Ricky (salesperson) wasn't pushy and answered all my questions thoroughly. The specific car I went to look at was ready to look at right away at my appointment time. I decided to purchase the car and the person who assisted with the paperwork was very nice and thorough while keeping things moving along while being personable. One area of disappointment was when I needed to leave after finishing up the paperwork, my time was not respected. A different salesperson (I believe was a salesperson) was introducing a bunch of new information that got overwhelming including setting up non essential features, operations of the vehicle, reward program, etc. I was on a time crunch to get to work (which I told everyone prior to making this appointment and was assured there was sufficient time) and this person was too focused on giving me new information and showing me features and didn't respect my need to leave. I ended up being late for work as I also needed to wait for license plates to transferred as well (which I thought would occur in the 30 minutes it took to complete paperwork). I would have been more than happy to reschedule this time; however, I was told the amount of time I had was sufficient. Again, overall a positive experience. If I purchase from this dealership again, I will be sure to accommodate for the extra time needed (though would ask that my time be respected) and tell me if the time they tell me maybe longer to complete everything. The sales rep was great one above and beyond the whole time my issue came when it came to finance tried to hard sell insurance and then charged me $100 for the title for the car I was trading in I brought time my issue came when it came to finance tried to hard sell insurance and then charged me $100 for the title for the car I was trading in I brought the title in 2 days later never sent me my hundred dollars that they charged me for the title upset that I never got my $100 back for the title More
