Nicholas and the whole team were honest and upfront from the jump. JR took time to educate on every aspect of purchasing a vehicle, including how to see through typical dealership scams. Subaru of Columbia is my car dealership for life. This is the second care I've bought from them and though I expect my 2026 Crosstrek Premium will last me a long time, when I am ready for a new vehic This is the second care I've bought from them and though I expect my 2026 Crosstrek Premium will last me a long time, when I am ready for a new vehicle, I will head back to them to see Kyle Gunn and Keith Miller. I worked most closely with Kyle, who helped me feel much more at ease and confident in the car-buying process. He is highly knowledgeable, quick to find the answer if he doesn't know, and though very professional, his demeanor is so no-pressure and easygoing, he's become a friend who happens to sell Subarus. Actually, every single person I have encountered at Subaru of Columbia, from the sales floor to the service department to finance has been super friendly and highly profession.
