The purchasing process was difficult. I had agreed to the amount that the truck was advertised for sale. Said I only wanted the truck and nothing else added and I was not interested in bu I had agreed to the amount that the truck was advertised for sale. Said I only wanted the truck and nothing else added and I was not interested in buying an extended warranty. They said no problem. Then the xx started. In the final contract they added just over $3800.00 to the deal. I asked why. He said they have to add the amount for the tint protection, lug nuts and etc. So the process takes 3 hours by the time they go back and forth with the “Manager”. Then the truck was missing one of the features. I tried to call and get this taken care of and after 11 phone calls and more the 3 weeks I had to go and deal with it at the dealership. I don’t know how I could have been more clear. More
