I was told that I needed a battery protector. Tell Nicholas that I had it done already there. He pulled my history up and I was charged for it. They didn't install it. Erik deserves a standing ovation for walking me through my car like a proud tour guide — every feature, every button, every option available. By the time he was done, I felt like I could host my own infomercial. And when it came to the extended warranty, Sami was the MVP of details. Knowledgeable, thorough, and patient — she made sure I understood everything without feeling overwhelmed. Overall, an amazing experience from start to finish.
