I grew up in Lake Elmo, MN and recently moved to New Richmond with my wife. I've been a gear head ever since I was little, enjoying anything with an engine whether it be on land or water, heck I've even flown a plane once. I started with Luther in 2020, and between my amazing co-workers and all the awesome guests I meet, it's been a ton of fun. This is the reason I gave it a 4 star rating. The car I was looking at was slightly damaged from a minor accident. I started the paperwork but said I wanted to see the vehicle after it was fixed before th was looking at was slightly damaged from a minor accident. I started the paperwork but said I wanted to see the vehicle after it was fixed before the final deal. Before the car came back to the dealership I was contacted by the loan company saying my loan was processed. Calling Luther I was told someone processed it even though I was originally told it was to be held until the car came back. That was upsetting to me. They did apologize and I had a good experience with Nick Bell when I came to get the vehicle. Nick spent a long time with us showing us all the features my car had. More
