Nick and Brian in svc are rock stars as usual. They do anything to accommodate the car owners. Very difficult software update which was corrupt and wiped out my whole system. The service department, and particularly Nick, were incredibly friendly. I was promptly attended to and quickly set up with a loaner. Overall, I was in and out in just 30 minutes. We are from out of state but had flat tire on the NJTurnpike on a Saturday. We called the dealership and they were incredibly helpful and friendly. Confirmed that they had a replacement tire in sto NJTurnpike on a Saturday. We called the dealership and they were incredibly helpful and friendly.
