Chris was very nice very professional. I explained to him my connection for my car play was not working; service advised me to get a cord from Apple I will see if that fixes the problem. Naples Florida dealer ship always changes my windshield wiper blades when I have service; you did not even though I paid over $400 for my service that was disappointing. I would think Mercedes could afford to change the wiper blades for yearly service. More

To start, I called and they were able to schedule me in within 20 minutes to check out my battery. Then, once I got to the dealership. I was kindly greeted by the staff. Nicholas A., the service advisor wa within 20 minutes to check out my battery. Then, once I got to the dealership. I was kindly greeted by the staff. Nicholas A., the service advisor was extremely helpful throughout the process and I for once did not feel pressured to buy anything other than what I came in for. This is exactly how I imagined an experience should be. He gave me details in a packet about what I do need soon and the expected costs instead of telling me I must get other services. 100/10 I will be driving 30 extra minutes for any other services for my car. More
