Outstanding, "CUSTOMER SERVICE AT IT'S BEST" Andy was just outstanding, very knowledgeable about the product. He took his time with NO pressure and helped me find the right car. Day we were there they were sponsoring 'Pet Adoption Day.' Andy Garrett, our salesman, was knowledgeable, professional, & so nice. Erika Garcia, who gave me the 'car school' tutorial, was kind & so very patient. I love my SL 550! More

I couldn't have asked for a better car buying experience! I just moved out here from California and knew it was time to get rid of my old car. I shopped around at several car dealerships, and my experiences with the other dealerships made me want to give up and never go back to another car dealership again. Once I walked in to Mercedes Benz of the Woodlands, it was immediately apparent that this experience would be different. I had talked to several sales people within the few weeks before and they couldn't come near to how awesome Katelyn Herrin (my MBOTW sales advisor) was. Other dealerships just made me anxious and annoyed and wanted to get out of there as soon as possible. Katelyn was very laid back and listened to all of my questions and concerns and answered all of them perfectly. I absolutely recommend Katelyn to anyone visiting MBOTW. Paula Alpha with finance was also unbelievable! She worked so hard to figure out finances specific to my situation as I just moved here/had a cosigner/etc. Lastly, Nic Botusan was awesome as well! He is the used car manager and he came out and sat with us to discuss agreements. He was extremely friendly and easy to talk to about numbers. I honestly don't have one bad thing to say about the dealership or any of the people I came in contact with. They even offer amazing snacks/food/beverages. This dealership is how they should all be. I am so appreciative of everyone's help and hard work. I am overjoyed with my entire experience and definitely recommend people who are interested in buying a mercedes or any used car to go to MBOTW. Even out of town people.. It is without a doubt worth the drive. More

Great Car Buying Experience! From the minute I entered the dealership to when I left, I had an enjoyable experience. Yes, enjoyable! Who would have thought at a car dealership?!? From the minute I entered the dealership to when I left, I had an enjoyable experience. Yes, enjoyable! Who would have thought at a car dealership?!? Every single employee that I interacted with was friendly, respectful, competent, knowledgeable, and pleasant. I was greeted quickly by one of the managers and paired with Alex Lindenmuth as my salesperson. Alex spent 5 hours with me making sure I found just the right car for me. I never once felt rushed or pressured by him. He was warm, patient, and personable and made my experience enjoyable. He was also very knowledgeable about the car I was considering and helped me look at every option that was available to me, both within their dealership as well as dealerships around the country. He was enthusiastic about his job and I felt that he truly cared that I made a decision that was right for me. After the sale, he followed up with me twice by phone and was attentive to my needs when I returned to have my car delivered to me. Nick was my sales manager and he also was pleasant, helpful, and respectful throughout the process. And Paula in finance was equally competent and enjoyable to work with. I also appreciated how quickly she moved me through that process, clearly explaining everything. Again, I did not feel pressured by her. Just given my options with full explanations. Adam in Internet sales was my first contact and was super helpful by finding me different cars in surrounding dealerships and was instrumental in getting me into the dealership and paired with a salesperson. Antonio delivered my car to me and he also was great. He was really friendly, enthusiastic about the car, patient, and fun to work with. Everyone I worked with made it clear that I was welcome to contact them at any time with questions or concerns and everyone was enthusiastic about their product. This made the car buying process fun and instilled a lot of confidence in the Mercedes brand. In addition, the dealership itself is beautiful, bright, clean, and pleasant to be in. And they took nice care of me by regularly offering me drinks and snacks during my visit. This is my first Mercedes. I've bought Porsches, Audis, and BMW's and this was definitely my best car buying experience so far. There was nothing smug, uptight, or arrogant about anyone I interacted with. I cannot say the same thing about other luxury car dealerships I've bought from. I left feeling good about giving them my business and would have no problem recommending them to anyone. They definitely deserve 5 stars all the way around! More

Great service, amenities, and overall experience I found a used truck for a good price using cargurus.com. The truck happened to be at Mercedes-Benz of the Woodlands, and since it was a long drive, I found a used truck for a good price using cargurus.com. The truck happened to be at Mercedes-Benz of the Woodlands, and since it was a long drive, the earliest I could make it was the weekend. They have a very good website, and you can fill out most of the credit and trade-in information online. I got a quick online quote for my trade-in, filled out the credit app, and put a deposit down to hold the truck. We had an appointment at 11am, but arrived a little early on Saturday. Kriss was having the truck washed, so we wandered around the dealership looking at very expensive cars in the meantime. I can sum up the aesthetics by saying this is the most posh dealership I've seen; marble floors, interesting planer waterfall fountain, well-stocked coffee bar, very clean service garage, etc. When the truck was ready, we met Kriss outside and took it for a test drive. The first thing I noticed was the smell - this truck had obviously belonged to a heavy smoker. Another negative was that there were several small, but noticeable flaws on the interior; scratches on the nice leather, dash, etc. They happened to have another truck of the same model, so I asked Kriss if we could drive it as well. He was very accommodating and within two minutes we were taking the other truck for a spin. The second truck was in much better shape, and, though more expensive, was still a good price. All said, the process from start to finish took about 2 and a half hours, but it was a very comfortable 2.5 hours. We sat at a table in the snack/coffee bar area, and Kriss brought me forms to sign when he needed a signature. The dealership caters lunch every day for customers, and that day they had eggrolls and sandwiches. The drink fridge is very well stocked: starbucks bottled frappacinos, bottles Texas Teas, juice, Fiji water, etc. My only negative is that they ended up giving me significantly less for my trade than quoted online - even though I was very honest when answering questions regarding condition. That said, they still offered more than kbb.com trade value, so I can't really complain. All in all, this was a very pleasant experience and Kriss was an excellent facilitator. More

An Exceptional buying experience from an Exceptional Team Last July I decided to upgrade my wife’s 2008 C300 to a 2013 E350. I test drove several E350s here and the dealership down the street. I previously bo Last July I decided to upgrade my wife’s 2008 C300 to a 2013 E350. I test drove several E350s here and the dealership down the street. I previously bought 3 Mercedes from the other dealership and wanted to give them a fair chance. Although the vehicles at both places were superb, I thought the size of the vehicle was not a good fit for my wife. I decided to buy her a brand new C300 instead of the used E350. While at the dealership down the street I mentioned this to the salesman (John Nguyen) after test driving the 2013 E350. He told me that I would not be interested in the new C300 because they had 4 cylinder engines. I was shocked at his statement since (1) I am the customer (2) the new vehicle was about $12,000 more than the used E350. I thanked him for his time and went to Mercedes Benz of The Woodlands. I arrived at Mercedes Benz of The Woodlands and was warmly greeted by Nick Botusan. He was very professional, yet very personable. I test drove the 2013 E350s there just to reassure my decision to go with the new C300. Afterwards Nick showed me several new C300s with a variety of colors and packages. I settled on one and started the negation phase of the purchase. This was an absolutely “no pressure” purchase. Nick continued to make sure that I was satisfied with each step of the purchase process. He promptly answered all my questions and concerns. During the negation I was introduced to the General Sales Manager Joe Drago, who was instrumental in reaching an agreeable purchase price. I then had the pleasure of meeting Finance Manager Arturo Gutierrez who worked hard finding an excellent finance rate that beat my credit union. Again I have to say that all these gentlemen catered to my needs and gave me a feeling of confidence that I made a solid deal. BTW, after six months of driving her new C300, my wife is really happy with the new design. I will continue to refer customers to Mercedes Benz of The Woodlands sales and service departments. One quick note: I have dealt with Service Manager Anthony Walding for many years and was happy to see him join the TEAM. More
