So far we are happy with the Hyundai that we bought. Not so happy with the sales process. We feel that the sales dept. was very pushy. I told Nelson many times that we were not ready to buy a car that d Not so happy with the sales process. We feel that the sales dept. was very pushy. I told Nelson many times that we were not ready to buy a car that day. He just was not listening to me and kept going back to his mgr. to try to get a better price on our trade. He just kept asking me "you like the car, don't you?" There is more to it than that. I also asked Nelson Carrero for the MSRP window sticker because we never got one for our brand new car. He said they tore it in taking it off the car. He said he would try to get one, but I never received it. So I did get one myself, but I had to pay for it. We needed to know what options are on the car. I understand that sales job is to make a sale. But they also have to listen to what their customers are telling them. Otherwise they will not have a happy customer. That's basically where we are at. More

It was a great experience and surprisingly quick once we settled on a price. I didn't expect to go home with the car that day as there was a little confusion as to where the car was located. Pressure sales that devolved into condescension and debate with a "manager". Everything had to be done right away or the car was going to be sold to someone else.
