Turning a downside into an upside Our daughter had an unfortunate accident with her Kia Soul. Sadly the car was totaled requiring a replacement vehicle. Love everything about them.. I was reluctant about going car shopping I had been trying to get out of my vehicle for almost 2 years when I had a horrible experience with Buick. I I was reluctant about going car shopping I had been trying to get out of my vehicle for almost 2 years when I had a horrible experience with Buick. I decided to take a chance when over 10 other dealerships weren’t able to help me. Patrice was pursistant and did most of the leg work for me, I was greeted by Nelson and he worked really hard to make this happen. Everyone was fantastic and worked really hard to get me out of this car. Would definitely recommend this dealership and Nelson ten fold! More
