I will refer I don’t like to go car shopping because of the high pressure sales, but I can honestly say I didn’t have that with Nelson and John. Everyone was very I don’t like to go car shopping because of the high pressure sales, but I can honestly say I didn’t have that with Nelson and John. Everyone was very helpful and friendly. Nelson was a very good salesman and I will recommend him to anyone looking for a car. He never rushed me into buying the car and after I purchased the car he took his time sitting with me in the car explaining all of the features. I will go there for all of my car purchases from now on. Finalizing all the paperwork could go a little faster. I realize they have regulations that have to be followed but I signed the same version of a form three times. I will definitely recommend. More

"I finally got my Telluride SX!" It took a while to get my Telluride SX in but it was worth the wait. I would highly recommend the Wesley Chapel Kia and especially our great sales c It took a while to get my Telluride SX in but it was worth the wait. I would highly recommend the Wesley Chapel Kia and especially our great sales consultant, Nelson Bou. He kept in contact with me while waiting for my SUV to arrive and even came in on his day off so I could pick up my vehicle the day it came in!! I would also like to thank manager, Emilio Noblef or all of his help as well! We will be back in a year when our daughter turns 16 even though we are almost an hour away from the dealership. It is worth the drive for great customer service. More

My Two-Year New Car Search Armed with a very specific two-page list of my "wants and must haves" in a new vehicle, I found exactly the new SUV that met all of my criteria at Fuc Armed with a very specific two-page list of my "wants and must haves" in a new vehicle, I found exactly the new SUV that met all of my criteria at Fuccillo Kia in Wesley Chapel last week. Thanks to a very patient and personable salesperson, Nelson Bou, I drove my new Kia Sportage SX home on Friday. I looked forward to a new car search about as much as I would look forward to a root canal; however, when I encountered Nelson as I arrived at the dealership, I found someone who was not obnoxious and pushy, but was very helpful, answered all of my questions, and made the entire process less painful for me. I lucked out in more ways than one. Thanks, Nelson!! More
