What was supposed to be a simple fix, turned into a week long waiting game. I understand it takes time to get specific parts ordered, but there was ZERO communication until I had to call 3 times on the 5th long waiting game. My question is, I bought my vehicle 3 weeks prior to the service knowing that the hatch was messed up. So why wasn’t the part ordered in advance???
