It’s mostly due to some very good communication between my salesman and me who informs on all details leading up to the day of delivery. And on that day, all paperwork was prepped, the Tahoe was standing by fueled up, and the finance office was very organized and had every number on speed dial including my bank to process the payments/loan docs, etc. and this was on a Saturday. He wasn't too aggressive on trying to sale us just anything or didn't just leave us browsing through v questions, and helped us find the right truck.
