I live out of state and was inquiring about a vehicle so I had some questions and Neal was very quick to respond to them all and sent me a video to go over details of the vehicle. Neal held the vehicle unti I had some questions and Neal was very quick to respond to them all and sent me a video to go over details of the vehicle. Neal held the vehicle until I got there so no possibility of it being sold while I was on my way. It was great to meet Neal, easy to talk to, great personality, no pressure and took care of my requests. Neal found the car I wanted & got it brought over in one day. I really like my car so far, we picked it up around closing time so wasn’t able to go over how everything works but Neal offered to answer any q day. Neal went above and beyond to accommodate me. He came in twice on his day off so I could test drive and ultimately purchase my vehicle. In the past, I hated buying a car because the experience was always hi twice on his day off so I could test drive and ultimately purchase my vehicle. In the past, I hated buying a car because the experience was always high pressure, and as a female demeaning. I experienced not of that at ED Martin.
