Go Maria and BMW of Sarasota for making me feel part of a family. Love my BMW family. Mr. Victor sold me on BMW and my X3. When my X3 was totaled by a reckless driver on I 75N in 2017, I came right back to BMW of Sarasota because I knew I would be treated right and respectful. Kudos BMW of Sarasota. Naycolle and former employee Lisa are/were also excellent saleswomen. Love the BMW of Sarasota diversity team. JP is excellent too and personable, financing for the customer!!! More

No Oversight of Maintenance Personnel I waited over 3.5 hours for my routine maintenance and oil change. Once it was completed I had to wait other 20 minutes for a lackluster wash that wa I waited over 3.5 hours for my routine maintenance and oil change. Once it was completed I had to wait other 20 minutes for a lackluster wash that wasn't even worth it. Too top it off on the way home my sensor went off. Maintenance forgot to fill my coolant and I had to bring it back wasted most of my Saturday morning. And all I got was sorry this happen. More
