I was impressed with the whole process from scheduling the service appointment to discussing what was found with the service person when the vehicle was picked up. I appreciated that the seat and floor w the service appointment to discussing what was found with the service person when the vehicle was picked up. I appreciated that the seat and floor were covered in plastic to keep them from being soiled. I would have rated the service excellent but I needed to wipe an oily area clean on the hood where the tech closed it. More

I decided to go to this dealer because they were the Heiser dealer with the next day appointment. First I brought it in for a Friday appointment because my heat was not working. When I brought it in I was told that they could not replicate the problem and that my car was blowing heat, so I came and picked it up and was charged for them telling me my heat worked. When I got in the car and drove it home, the heat was not working. I called my sales rep right away on Monday and she got me another appointment at this location. I brought it in the night before my appointment and also let them know my backup camera was acting up. I ended up having to text the person who was helping me in order to get an update on my vehicle because they made no effort to call me and when I tried to call all I got was a busy signal. In the text she said what was wrong with my heater, that they would need to order the part for that, and that they would recommend doing a a radio update for my back up camera. I declined the radio update and told them to do the work for the heater as it was under warranty. I didn’t receive another text until 5pm the next day telling me that the part had not come in. It was then finished on Thursday and I picked the car up Friday after work. When I got there they told me the heat was fixed but that they could not replicate the issue with my back up camera, but they would still be charging me once again to tell me that it was working just fine. The service advisor I worked with was not helpful at all. Then when I went into my usual West Allis Heiser for a recall appointment, they did a bumper to bumper inspection and found three different problems in my vehicle including another issue with my heater, an issue with the heater core that I suggested was the problem when I brought it into the west bend dealer. They called my warranty company so I could get this work done and because the west bend dealership didn’t tell them about any of these problems a week prior, the warranty company is requiring an inspector to come look at my car before they will approve the work being done. It seems that this dealership is the terrible gift that keeps on giving. I did not feel welcome there and would not recommend it to anyone. More

I checked around and they had the lowest rate for new tire installation and alignment. They matched the lower tire price that I had found. It would be nice if offered a firefighter dicount as some oth tire installation and alignment. They matched the lower tire price that I had found. My regular’schedular’ is clear and concise in communicating process/potential cost.
