Just bought the car and didnt get to drive it for a week, was told that i was getting a detail for the suv and it took 3 visits to pick up due to horrible detail work. I live a half hr away and all i got was was told that i was getting a detail for the suv and it took 3 visits to pick up due to horrible detail work. I live a half hr away and all i got was a tank of gas for all the trouble. When picking the suv on the 3rd attempt, no hello or sorry for what happened but all i got was the keys from my sales man and that was it. Worst place to buy a vehicle and service. One man on the sales team was awesome even tho he didn't sell us the suv, but very helpful. Thank you to him and his love for his customer service. Hope they give you a big raise or bonus!! Need more guys like you buddy! Sorry i forgot your name! But your desk was in the middle of the store in front of the door!! More

Once we dint except extra charges on a recall they were very rude and dismissive. Customer service went out the window after we were told a 100 fee then it when to a 500 dollar fee. Great service to have your vehicle worked on. Service people have a great attitude and are friendly. Good idea to have appointment. They do not replace anything unless they have your approval. It Service people have a great attitude and are friendly. Good idea to have appointment. They do not replace anything unless they have your approval. It is like going to the doctor's office as they give your vehicle a complete checkup. Heiser has been servicing my 2014 Chevy Spark for the last 9 years. More
