I was not very thrilled after my tire rotation they did not reset the maintenance in my car. My truck went in for a recall repair of the passenger airbag. During the repair the dash was cracked. I, as the owner, noticed the crack within 1 mile of leaving the dealership at night. I brought it bac airbag. During the repair the dash was cracked. I, as the owner, noticed the crack within 1 mile of leaving the dealership at night. I brought it back to the service bay immediately. During follow-up to get the broken dash fixed, there was an inference made that the crack was already there before the repair was made, and one of the managers basically called my wife a liar during the exchange. This made her extremely upset. We continue to try and seek resolution to this issue. More

The price that was quoted was not what I paid and the work done was documented stating they suggested work last time my car was in and it was for the same issue. I did the recommended work both times and work done was documented stating they suggested work last time my car was in and it was for the same issue.
