I found myself needing to find a very good used car quickly due to being in a hit & run accident that totalled my car :( I walked a few lots and couldn't find anything but then saw an online ad for a v quickly due to being in a hit & run accident that totalled my car :( I walked a few lots and couldn't find anything but then saw an online ad for a very clean 2020 VW @ Lake Ford. I wasn't familiar with this dealership but was very pleasantly surprised when my husband and I went for a test drive. The facility is big and beautiful inside and the people we talked with were all very nice and helpful -especially our salesperson Nathan! He was professional & helpful and available for questions both before and after the sale. Our test ride was a short one- but that was because we arrived an hour before closing time ( they close early here 7pm) but we were able to go through the car thoroughly with Nathan when we picked it up. We found a passenger side cabin light to be out but I was able to come back later in the week to get that replaced which let me experience the service dept- which was also surprisingly beautiful- Louis helped me so quickly & courteously that day. I've purchased my last 2 vehicles from a VW dealership but honestly this has been such a good experience with Lake Ford - I plan to return to Lake for service also. Highly recommend!!! More

He will give you a bunch of YES or he is doing it. It's already been 9 weeks since I canceled the contract that I don't need. I contacted him many times but he ignored me. The most surprising thing to me is I scheduled to meet him in person last Saturday, he confirmed it, but when I was there he pissed me off and he didn't say “hi” to me. Just one of his coworkers was sent to handle the situation. I hope this staff can do it well. Today I called him and asked how the process was going. He said he submitted it and it’ll take a couple weeks again. When I asked for the previous one, if I wanted to know I had to call my lien holder. So, if I need to do it myself, what are the fees that I paid for? More

The dealership was very easy to work with. They returned, calls very promptly. They met us partway to reduce the transit time to pick up the car. Pleasure working with Nathan and took delivery on my Kia stinger would be a 5 star rating but the detailing of the car was very poor. Have no idea what they are doing on the sales or financing side. Took 3 hours and everything was all in motion. Because they waited so long I know the credit unions were closed so I was ended up wit financing side. Took 3 hours and everything was all in motion. Because they waited so long I know the credit unions were closed so I was ended up with a rate about 3 percent higher. Very disappointing considering this is my 5th car bought here More
