This is my third purchase from this dealership and it was my favorite transaction with them to date. I also enjoyed working with Alex in the finance department. Both gentlemen are good at their jobs and I was well taken care of. I only wish they would’ve offered me lunch because I was there for so long, but aside from that they were very respectful and showed me every kindness. More

We visited City Volkswagen of Evanston on Wednesday, June 25th to test drive a used 2022 Volkswagen VW Atlas. We urgently needed a new vehicle as our original car had just broken down the same weekend as our 25th to test drive a used 2022 Volkswagen VW Atlas. We urgently needed a new vehicle as our original car had just broken down the same weekend as our baby shower. Narcis showed us this great family car and we immediately loved it. It's the perfect fit for our growing family and our two large dogs. Narcis was able to have the front bumper repaired for us that had a small dent. He was able to get us a second key FOB. We were also given new floor mats for the car. Overall, he was a great salesman and we enjoyed working with him to help us get a new car. We will certainly look here again should we need another vehicle in the future! More

We visited City Volkswagen of Evanston on Thursday, June 19th to test drive a used Volkswagen Atlas. Narcis took care of us that day. The test drive went great, and while impressed with the Atlas, it did no 19th to test drive a used Volkswagen Atlas. Narcis took care of us that day. The test drive went great, and while impressed with the Atlas, it did not have all the features that we wanted. Narcis suggested, a used Tiguan, competitively priced and loaded with features, so we took that for a spin, eventually purchasing that car. Throughout our visit there was never any rush or pressure to purchase, in fact we left the dealership to test drive another car only to return for the Tiguan. The lone issue we had with the purchase was that there was only one key FOB. Narcis told me that he could see what he could do about getting an extra one. He reached out to VW and they said that the car was turned in with only one key, but he spoke with his management and secured an additional one at no charge. Our experience with Narcis and City Volkswagen of Evanston, as well as the follow-up afterwards, has been stellar. We will certainly look here again should we be in the market for another vehicle! More
