The process for a maintenance service call was easy. I had to call as the Toyota app had failures attempting to schedule an appointment. (Typically that's how I schedule elsewhere.) I appreciated that I was able to get in at the last minute for my oil change. I was less pleased to hear and 1 1/2 wait time was what everyone was saying because of a couple of “big jobs” and too l minute for my oil change.
