My salesperson was Jordan Jones, who was friendly and upbeat and polite the entire time. And patient! No matter how many times I asked the same question! I met the general manager, whose name I don’t recall, sorry, but who was very helpful in figuring out with Jordan which vehicle was right for me, and then finding a match for me in the inventory. And I also met the finance manager, Brett, who was respectful and friendly, and who worked with me to reach a contract which I was comfortable with. I also briefly met another salesperson named I believe Nadar; he was not my official salesperson, but at one point while Jordan was going to speak with a manager, I asked him a quick question while he passed by, and he was very nice and helpful. This is the second car that I have purchased at DCH Kay Honda, and I have been happy with the experience both times. Thank you for helping me to find my CR-V! More
