I received an online quote, set up an appointment, showed up and test drove the truck on the 9-acre test track (this was awesome to test the abilities of the truck safely off public roads), and moved forward with purchasing. Nobody through the whole process was pushy on anything. I got exactly the extras I wanted from Toyota, not some third party non-sense that likely isn't even worth the paper its printed on and was on my way. I would recommend buying a car from Nadeem at Toyota of Naperville and if my needs change in the future I will be purchasing through him again. More

Highly Professional, Tailored for Customer Needs Nadeem Mirza was very knowledgeable of not only the product but also the great finance terms available for customers. I was expecting to pay around 4- Nadeem Mirza was very knowledgeable of not only the product but also the great finance terms available for customers. I was expecting to pay around 4-6% interest for 72 months with zero down, I instead got 0.9% which was a measly $900 overall finance charge for a loan stretched out to 7 years (hardly anything) AND zero down for a Rav 4 XLE AWD with tons of extra adds. Personally, I had experienced very minimal pushback with negotiating price with him versus the typical car sales guys I deal with. He gets it. People want fair prices. I walked out of a Toyota dealership prior to coming to this one, it felt like there was a great engaging team in the place and a much better showroom/inventory. Best experience a car purchase can be. More
